excellent placing and works better than any microwave I have ever owned. Built into my wall for space convenience with the vent built in the wall going through the roof. Could not ask for any better!

This is the third Frigidaire microwave of this model that we have had over the last few years. They seldom last much over a year of regular use. Their basic function is fine, but a lack of durability makes them less than desirable. If other brands and models were available to us, we would jump ship immediately.

I am very happy with the powerful microwave, such a pleasure to have things cook so quickly. I especially like the timer and use it often and it is easy to use and reminds me when the time is UP.

So far, we're delighted with our new Frigidaire 1.6 cu. ft. built-in microwave! The installers did a great job and were professional in every way (neat, on-time, knowledgeable, and capable). Looking for the same exact microwave for my old wall built-in since don™™t want to buy new fixture and the trim kit. It says that the one we had was discontinued. And we were recommended for this one. It fit the trim and everything is the same. Satisfied with the unit.

Our microwave developed an odor after a few months and stopped working at just over one year. It sat in our kitchen in its box due to construction delays for a few months waiting to be installed in the custom cabinet (covid delays). A few months after we began using it a smell of rotten food started to build. We took it out of the custom cabinet and searched for a cause of the smell. I expected to find that steam was leaking out and had left food particles inside the cabinet somehow and thus the rotten food odor. Or that it was installed incorrectly. All was well. Called the company for help and the customer service person was completely uninterested in my call. Their answer was that since we "had" the unit for two weeks past the warranty date, though we had only had it installed and used it for a few months - tough luck. We never got an answer as to the odor and were just living with it until we could replace it. The only offer was to send someone out at our own cost and pay for repairs. The cost of this versus the cost of the microwave just wasn't worth it. Yesterday it started making a screeching sound and smoking. It's toast. Going in the trash. We are disappointed in the product, the customer service, the whole process. I will not be purchasing another Frigidaire appliance, nor recommending them to my clients or friends.

I™™m pretty sure I will enjoy this microwave , but have not used it much because of the broken turn ring. The microwave was already installed in my mobile home when I got it. The first time I opened the microwave I saw the broken ring. I have no idea how to get another one!
